Adobe CLP Agreement

CLP is a membership-based loyalty programme that rewards you with discount levels over a contracted two year-membership period. The discount is based on the value of your initial order and there is no further commitment beyond your purchase (although if you do buy more you may earn enough points to qualify for bigger discounts).

Adobe TLP Licensing

With TLP licensing there’s no minimum order and discounts are based on a single purchase, so you aren’t tied to a long term contract. As well as being available for the CS4 suites, TLP discount is also available on Adobe boxed products, such as Photoshop or InDesign.

The Eduserv Adobe Master CLP Agreement allows institutions to purchase their Adobe software at CLP Tier 3 pricing, no matter how many licences they buy. Institutions can sign up at any time and do not have to wait for their existing CLP Agreements to expire.
